1)By offering FUN and energetic fitness classes that will keep you entertained and wanting more.
2)Balancing it with a yoga practice that allows you to relax and reconnect.
3) Hitting the gym or the great outdoors to build strength, tone and increase endurance.
4)To complete the goal, I design healthful and REALISTIC meal plans that take the guesswork and stress out of eating.
